Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of our global transport management system (TMS). Your primary objective will be to maximize efficiency, strengthen visibility, and ensure effective control across our global transport network.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading similar initiatives in a fast-paced work environment with strong analytical ability. You should possess strong project management and organizational change management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

In this role, you will drive key goals and objectives, including 100% integration of Teleflex Freight into the TMS. You will also design and implement innovative solutions to drive accrual accuracy and reduce manual processing. Additionally, you will lead data migration activities and provide updates, reports, and monitoring of KPIs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are met and that the project is finalized successfully. The successful candidate will have excellent written, presentation, communication, and investigation skills. They must also be fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the global TMS
