Job Opportunity:

As a vital member of our clients Support Team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and testing of fire and electronic security systems at client premises. This role requires you to troubleshoot and repair faults, ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be the face of the company, interacting with clients on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills are essential to maintain a positive reputation for our employer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Fire / CCTV/ Intruder and Access Control systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
  • Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for client files
  • Provide effective emergency call-out cover for security systems (including out-of-hours rota)

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, smart phones etc
  • Confident IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel for report generation and asset management
  • Good Customer Service skills to interact with high-end clients on a daily basis
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards
