Senior Audit Director
As a Senior Audit Director, you will be responsible for providing senior-level leadership to internal audits. You will evaluate the effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and internal control environment by performing independent evaluations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing the annual audit plan and risk assessment process.
  • Contributing to strategic consultations to identify risks and determine effective mitigation practices.
  • Providing guidance and oversight to the audit planning process and executing final work products.
  • Being accountable for audit lifecycles, staffing, scheduling, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Escalating complex issues and identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Reporting periodic status updates to senior executives.
  • Ensuring compliance with auditing methodologies and standards.
  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring audit staff.
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least two years of leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more professionals. You must have proficiency in GAAP/IFRS standards, global internal audit standards, and the latest audit techniques. You should also possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees in related fields and experience with data analysis tools.
