College Admissions Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a College Admissions Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the college's admissions processes, providing exceptional service to students, staff, and the public.

The role involves generating and issuing international fee receipts, maintaining student records, and reporting on international recruitment payments.

  • Generating and issuing international fee receipts for payments made through Pay to Study and bank account.
  • Liaising with the International Office for scholarships issued and applying to fee receipt updates.
  • Regularly reporting international recruitment payments and students' data.
  • Assisting in the administration of domestic and international college applications.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the application process for domestic and international students.
  • Preparation of management reports, documents, and statistical analysis on admission trends, CAO, Department of Education, and student profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A third-level qualification is desirable.
  • At least two years' experience within an administrative role.
  • Good analytical ability, understanding, analysing, and relating complex information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Pro-active time management.
  • Proficient in MS office and other academic systems.
  • Flexible approach to work and a 'can-do' attitude.
Benefits:

This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week on-site and more at peak admissions periods. Experience within an Irish third-level education environment is desirable.
