Facilities Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

This position is focused on maintaining and operating plant, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations within a facility management organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair plant equipment such as boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water systems ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and conduct daily inspections to guarantee equipment is in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance work and verify all equipment meets operational and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and technical standards.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively to support ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent trade certification is required.
- Prior experience in the medical, pharma, or production industries is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Maximo and GMP background is highly valued.
Working Conditions:
Shift worker required working 42 hours per week across Monday to Sunday shifts.
