Patient Support Specialist

This is a permanent position with flexible working hours, requiring excellent communication skills and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high quality care and assistance to clients as per their Care Plan personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, supervise medication
- Maintain a consistently client-centric approach that prioritizes and safeguards their well-being and interests
- Regularly report to your Line Manager on any significant changes in a client's physical, behavioral, or social condition, as well as any perceived lack of resources, support, or any actions that may potentially harm the client
- FETAC/QQI Level 5 Award or equivalent qualification in the Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules
- Full, Irish driving license and access to their own car for work purposes
- Knowledge of Irish homecare practices and relevant QQI training minimum of 1 year experience in community healthcare role
