We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced commercial lawyer to support our procurement, logistics and supply chain functions in Europe.

This role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and procurement agreements, providing actionable legal advice to internal clients, and leading contract transformation projects.

  • Drafting and Negotiating Agreements: You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and procurement agreements, ensuring that they meet the company's needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing Legal Advice: You will provide actionable legal advice to internal clients across Europe and globally, helping them navigate complex legal issues and make informed decisions.
  • Leading Contract Transformation Projects: You will lead contract transformation projects, including the optimization of our contract lifecycle management system.
