Global Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic commercial lawyer to support our procurement, logistics and supply chain functions in Europe. This role will also support our global procurement team on relevant projects and be pivotal in delivering contract transformation initiatives.
This role requires strategic legal expertise and the ability to deliver high-impact legal advice while enabling value creation through contracts and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial and procurement agreements.
- Developing and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks tailored to business needs.
- Providing actionable, business-oriented legal advice to internal clients across Europe and globally.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and procurement law and ideally within a multinational or FMCG environment.
Experience working with technology law including AI and/or EU food law is preferred but not required.
Fluency in another EU language is also preferred but not required.
Required Skills and QualificationsQualified solicitor (Ireland or England & Wales) or EU lawyer with a minimum of 7 years PQE.
Extensive experience in commercial and procurement law.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Project management: You have solid experience in project management for strategic and complex problems with high-level stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
