  • To provide support to colleagues during peak periods or when necessary.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:">

  • To maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive guest information.
  • To provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
