The Rehabilitative Training Programme aims to equip learners with skills for personal, social, and vocational development. Instructors will collaborate with a team to design individual training plans, day-to-day requirements, and deliver services with innovation and flair in a person-centred setting.

To succeed, you should have experience working in specialized training environments, particularly with people with intellectual disabilities and ASD. You will be responsible for providing systematic training, maintaining records, and preparing reports on learner progress.

We welcome applications from those who can demonstrate initiative, competencies, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate should be able to assess rehabilitative and vocational needs, develop individual action plans, and contribute to the growth of our team.
