Job Opportunity: Fitness Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Instructor. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes and providing personal training services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of group exercise classes, including Spinning, Pump, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, and Kettlebells
  • Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and inductions with members
  • Supervise members during exercises to ensure safe and effective practice
  • Provide personalized training services to members
  • Maintain a clean and safe gym environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in group exercise instruction and personal training
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality and reliability
