Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our team's projects at Arcon Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to meet customer objectives and key stakeholder communications.
  • Share knowledge of program management best practices with the team and promote expertise development.
  • Provide regular status updates on project progress, including schedules, budgets, scope, and profitability for all markets.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, resolving scope creep and related impacts in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate post-project reviews to enhance future project success.

This is a business-critical role requiring strong understanding of operations, technology, and project management principles in automation tools and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of three to five years' experience in project management.
  • Relevant Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, and CAPM.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data modeling in excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer offices for project and business review meetings.
