Business Development Director.
About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that oversees and elevates customer support operations for critical financial software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing application support teams, driving process improvements, and building strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead SaaS & on-prem support operations for financial software.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a skilled application support team to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product, development, and account teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage escalations with urgency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Support with 5+ years leading Customer/Application Support teams.
- Strong background in SaaS operations & application support, with a focus on financial software.
- Technical understanding of Windows/UNIX servers, Oracle, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
