Our organization seeks a highly skilled Human Resources professional to oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage significant employee milestones such as probation reviews, performance check-ins, and contract changes.
  • Ensure seamless tracking of various leave types, including maternity, parental, and force majeure, while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Support HR systems implementation and optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze regular HR reports highlighting key metrics such as headcount, turnover, leave, sick days, and other vital statistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a similar HR or People Operations role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
