Are you a strategic business partner with expertise in Human Resources? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic retail brand.

About the Role:
  • This is a key leadership position where you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained across stores and regions.
  • As an expert in employee relations, you will provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • You will drive initiatives that support employee engagement, well-being, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing onboarding, training, and continuous development programs across stores.
  • You will ensure compliance with Irish employment law and company policies.
  • Additionally, you will support performance management processes and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
  • We require a minimum of 5 years experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, ideally in retail or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation is required.
  • You must have proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary.
