Job Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for guests and colleagues alike.

As a key ambassador for our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to departure.

Working closely with the front-of-house team, you will be required to coordinate all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, while also providing personalized recommendations and guidance to enhance the guest's stay.
