Job Description

We are seeking an experienced director to lead the continued evolution and strategic success of HR technologies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic success for HR technology through partnership with senior stakeholders and strategic vendor partnerships
  • C coach, mentor and provide leadership development to the HR team (managing 10-12 individuals)
  • Ensure data compliance across the Workday platform and ensure IT Change Control processes are consistently adhered to
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies that could be utilized to improve effectiveness and customer experience
  • Support and drive business cases to secure funding for HR technology programs
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR and IT on solutions for business challenges
  • Manage the team workload, along with planning future roadmap and ensuring resources are available to deliver

The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a strategic plan for HR systems for a large organization. They will also have experience managing a remote and geographically dispersed team of HR System Analysts, including full time and contractor team members.
