We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Large Customer Sales (LCS) sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver against quarterly business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and product development.
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients by analyzing growth drivers, identifying opportunities for expansion, mitigating risks, and developing multi-quarter strategies.
- Pitch and consult with customers to support digital marketing initiatives and budget allocation.
- Drive customer growth through outstanding customer experience and achievement of customer business and marketing goals.
- Foster relationships with end customers or agencies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environments, or marketing.
- Fluent English and French language skills to support client relationship management in this region.
