Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring regulatory compliance across our operations. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our adherence to internal policies and external regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance registers, including regulatory engagement and reporting.
  • Provide support with regulatory horizon scanning activities, identifying and tracking new regulations relevant to our business.
  • Offer regulatory advice and guidance to stakeholders on Irish e-money institution regulations.
  • Assist with the development of regulatory training materials and report on training completion records.
  • Support the maintenance of the Compliance Universe, ensuring all applicable regulatory obligations have effective controls in place.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures, and risk assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations applicable to Irish electronic money institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and summarise information to identify trends and regulatory risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience of working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong proficiency in using Google Sheets and equivalent tools.
