Job Title: Regulatory Expertise Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Expertise Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Global Regulatory Team, you will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in countries under your coverage.

In this role, you will provide daily legal and regulatory advice to various business units, analyzing regulatory frameworks, monitoring changes in law, and advising on compliance strategies and risks. You will also draft regulatory documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and liaise with external parties.

You will propose actions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and negotiate service agreements with suppliers. Your expertise will support the development of new projects and go-to-market initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in countries under your coverage.
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks, monitor changes in law, and advise on compliance strategies and risks.
  • Draft regulatory documentation and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Negotiate service agreements with suppliers and liaise with external parties.
  • Support project development and go-to-market initiatives globally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electronic communications markets, preferably on regulatory topics.
  • Knowledge of voice, messaging, and numbering regulatory frameworks and issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and cloud communications.
