Operational Support Lead

Oversee clinic operations and drive commercial growth by managing daily laser clinic activities, leading a team of staff, building supplier relationships, coordinating workflow, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administration
  • Lead and mentor the laser team
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers
  • Optimize workflow, schedules, and support across clinics
  • Identify areas for service improvement and growth

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and possess a solid understanding of business operations.

This is a full-time role based in Cork, Ireland. Travel to other clinics 1-2 days a week is required. The working week is Monday to Friday, 40 hours, including bank holidays, with some evenings and weekends. A car is essential, with driving expenses covered.
