Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to oversee the processing of weekly payrolls for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in payroll administration and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process weekly payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payments to clients.
- Prepare and submit revenue returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle bank payment processing and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to day-to-day payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a payroll role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to analyze financial data.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- IPASS certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
