Job Title:

Hiring for a Strategic Payroll Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing employee life-cycle processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, data management, time and attendance, and other transactional tasks.

About This Role:

  • Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate payments and tax withholdings
  • Resolve payroll queries and related documentation issues
  • Generate standard reports for finance teams
  • Capture and submit time and attendance data for payroll calculations
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company benefit policies and statutory requirements
  • Maintain internal control procedures
  • Develop and implement HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure global and regional process alignment
  • Manage personnel administration, including offers, changes in labor relationships, and benefits
  • Administer the HRMS system and provide self-service support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via ServiceNow and create knowledge articles
  • Work closely with HR teams, IT, and managers to resolve inquiries and drive continuous improvement
