Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is essential for this position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within an international context.
  • IPASS qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of UK&I payroll regulations and tax laws is crucial, along with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • The selected candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement for this role, allowing effective communication with colleagues and employees alike.
