Payroll Professional Role:
">- We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to join our team and lead end-to-end payroll processes for UK&I employees. This role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries in an efficient manner.
- Key responsibilities include handling payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.
- The successful candidate will also prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments in a timely and organized fashion.
- This is a dynamic role that requires implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- The selected individual will stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensure adherence to legal requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- In addition, this role involves providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries, offering a personalized experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
">- A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is essential for this position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within an international context.
- IPASS qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of UK&I payroll regulations and tax laws is crucial, along with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- The selected candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is a requirement for this role, allowing effective communication with colleagues and employees alike.
