Payroll Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Team Lead to join our growing payroll department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing weekly payrolls for a portfolio of clients, as well as preparing and submitting Revenue returns in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process weekly payrolls for a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare and submit Revenue returns in a timely manner.
  • Handle bank payment processing accurately.
  • Respond to day-to-day payroll queries from clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 12 years experience in a payroll role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • IPASS certification is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
