Nurse Leader Position

The Lead Nurse Executive is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a modern healthcare facility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based practice to meet individual patient needs
- Monitor clinical practice through patient-centered plans of care and internal audits
- Facilitate regular communication with nursing staff and establish partnerships with external agencies
- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Participate in the recruitment and training of staff
- Maintain accurate records of HR practices and ensure adherence to current employment legislation
Requirements:
- Registered RGN with at least 3 years' experience in caring for older adults
- Post-registration management qualification in healthcare or a related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in healthcare
- Registration on the NMBI live register
- Demonstrated track record in clinical management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Sound decision-making ability and results-driven
