Nursing Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to lead and manage our team in delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Manage and guide nursing teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) in good standing with current registration.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care, including 2+ years in a senior nursing role.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
