As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that address the specific needs of each young person.


Main Accountabilities:
  1. Supervise young people on outings from the home, including medical appointments, family time, and daily activities such as cooking and cleaning, as part of positive role modelling.
  2. Actively participate in working within the Model of Care and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
  3. Work in partnership with the young person's support network, including Social Workers, Teachers, Guardian ad Litems, and family members when necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports for each young person, including those required to comply with statutory requirements and Ashdale Care policies and procedures.
