About the Role
The Senior Business Growth Manager will be an integral part of our Revenue Generation division, driving new business opportunities through Europe.
This role is responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients and supporting the achievement of annual revenue targets for the region. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to respond to demand created through both direct and indirect marketing and sales methods.
We are looking for a highly effective networker and problem-solver who is comfortable working with all levels of client organizations. This is a remote role that requires 60% of time working from home and 40% traveling to potential clients based in the UK and Ireland.
Main Responsibilities- Develop relationships with prospective accounts to drive new business opportunities.
- Leverage CCi's ERA3 sales methodology to ensure a systematic approach to opportunity development.
- Ensure all communication and sales activities are documented and updated regularly in our CRM system.
- Create a competitive advantage by making timely impactful communications and lasting impressions engaging with prospects.
KPIs and Performance Metrics
We measure success by achieving actual revenue dollars against budget and prior year, converting AQLs and SQLs to opportunities using the BANT process, and closing deals within a certain timeframe.
