Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Professional to join our team. As Partner Manager, you will create new relationships with businesses in the DACH region and show them how they can increase product sales using our digital marketing solutions.

You will work collaboratively with partners to make a significant difference in their digital campaigns by teaching them all the tools and features we offer.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify potential new partner businesses that our proposition could bring value to, delivering personalized pitches
  • Work with businesses to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create effective marketing plans
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in your niche market, offering educated insights to help them succeed
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of business relationships, developing and growing long-term partnerships as the primary point of contact
  • Work towards set key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share valuable knowledge on your role
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English languages
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a sales role involving relationship building and helping businesses achieve their objectives
  • An understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
  • Demonstrated experience working towards sales targets
  • A desire to drive business success and growth
