We aim to provide innovative financial solutions. As a Customer Success advocate, you will be the voice of our company in new markets and regions.

This role can be based 100% remotely or hybrid with offices in Dublin.

You will deliver exceptional support by handling inbound calls and emails from sellers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver fast, solution-focused support by handling inbound calls and emails from Block sellers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell genuine solutions that address sellers' immediate or underlying needs.
  • Maintain ownership of the seller experience from start to finish.
  • Identify and share customer insights by analysing trends in seller queries.
  • Analyse trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English, Spanish & Catalan.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, communication skills.
  • The soft skills to engage with sellers over the phone.
  • Genuine curiosity about people, technology and business.
  • Attributes of a problem solver.
  • Ability to customise the support experience.
  • A coachable mindset.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • A passion to help people and improve the customer experience.
