Job Opportunity: HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to undertake key roles in our facilities management department.

As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, adjust, and repair small-scale electric and pneumatic control systems commonly used in building operations.
  • Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical and control systems, recommending and implementing appropriate corrective actions or system modifications.
  • Execute clearly defined tasks and responsibilities using standardised methods and tools.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Full Driving Licence is required.
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lbs or more.
