Culinary Team Member Opportunity

The K Club, a renowned leisure destination, seeks an experienced and passionate Culinary Team Member to join our trailblazing culinary team. Our unique resort offers a tremendous variety of career opportunities across 550 acres of stunning countryside.

As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients to the required standard, ensuring no wastage, and maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene. You will also assist in the smooth running of the section and ensure that all special requests made by guests are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients to the required standard
  • Maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the section
  • Meeting special requests from guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is advantageous
  • Passion and genuine interest in food at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
  • Familiarity with HACCP regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communications and organisational skills
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Flexibility in working hours
