IT Service Delivery Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily IT service operations, fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with significant influence during a period of growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of IT Operations in delivering top-notch services throughout the ITIL lifecycle
  • Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures
  • Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
  • Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA), and audit support
  • Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire organization

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT Service Management, preferably within a regulated financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
  • A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments

This is a mid-senior level role in the financial services industry, requiring a full-time commitment.
