Safety and Quality Manager

We're seeking a Safety and Quality Expert to lead our operations.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in Head Office, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan with regular site visits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management, with experience in the construction sector.
- This role involves developing and implementing QEHS systems, policies, and procedures.
- You'll ensure compliance with Irish & EU legislation, maintain statutory documentation, and lead audits and inspections.
- Additional responsibilities include staff training, tracking non-conformances, and driving corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve QEHS systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits, site inspections, and staff training.
- Track non-conformances and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in the construction sector.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QEHS systems.
