The Role We are looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Food Safety & HACCP Officer to work alongside our kitchen team, ensuring all operations meet Irish food safety standards and HACCP requirements. This is an on-the-floor role where you'll be actively involved in monitoring, recording, and maintaining compliance across the production process. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update HACCP documentation for all kitchen operations. Monitor daily food safety processes, from preparation to delivery. Carry out regular hygiene checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work with kitchen staff to collect accurate data and keep compliance logs up to date. Identify and report any non-conformance, assisting in corrective actions. Support the team in preparing for audits and inspections. What We're Looking For QQI Level 5 in Food Safety & HACCP or Level 3 HACCP (Supervisor Level) Certification. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. Previous catering, hospitality, or food production experience (desirable but not essential).
