This is a unique opportunity to join our prestigious client in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest relations with exceptional leadership skills.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver consistent 4-star service standards through effective communication and organisational skills.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency to maintain a positive reputation.
- Support scheduling, rostering, and performance management of team members while ensuring seamless collaboration between hotel departments.
- Monitor occupancy levels, manage room allocation, and support upselling initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and brand requirements through regular audits and training programs.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel front office (4-star or higher preferred) with strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills to motivate and empower team members.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Mid-Senior level with full-time employment type, job function as Management, and industries Hospitality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high service standards across the front office, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and overseeing daily operations.
