  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Monitor and enhance HRIS usage to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
    • Provide insights and analytics from HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Talent Development & Retention:
    • Lead the development of employee development programs, including succession planning, leadership training, and skills development initiatives.
    • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and design retention strategies.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    • Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Qualifications:
    • CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or business partnering role.
    • Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
    • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
    • Experience in designing and implementing HR programs at scale.
