About the Role

We are seeking a Risk Test Lead to enhance our compliance and operational risk management. As a key member of our testing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment with our firm's highest risks.

Your expertise in test execution will be crucial in managing and conducting precise and accountable tests. You will analyze control coverage gaps and drive remediation of control issues. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and addressing complex situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive testing processes, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Utilize advanced analytical thinking to identify control coverage gaps and verify that controls are properly designed and implemented.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address complex situations and develop alternate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to perform assessments of the control environment and identify control coverage gaps.
  • Experience in coordinating activities across multiple departments and adapting to changing priorities.
