Strategic People Leader

This role will shape and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth, transformation, and long-term success by:

  • Leading a people-first approach, driving engagement, culture, and succession planning across a multi-site workforce.
  • Partnering with senior leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives, including the rollout of digital learning platforms.
  • Managing all employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Leading annual reward cycles and overseeing gender pay gap analysis.
  • Championing Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, strengthening employer brand, and delivering ESG priorities.
  • Guiding change management initiatives with clear communication and a people-centric approach.

About You: We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 5-10 years of senior HR leadership experience in multi-site environments.
  • Strong operational and strategic HR expertise, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Skilled in employee relations, talent development, reward, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborative, people-focused, and able to build trust across all levels of the business.
