Seeking a seasoned Paid Social Ads Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of high-performing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, targeting, ad creation, launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Leverage platform-specific features and best practices to maximise ROI.
  • Implement conversion tracking, pixel installation, and event setup.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify key insights, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with ecommerce brands.
  • Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, including customer journey mapping, funnel optimisation, and KPIs like ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates.
  • Expertise in campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with catalogue feed management and A/B testing.
