Executive Residence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Residence Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Job Description:
- Oversee the smooth operation of all departments, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day queries, complaints, and problems that arise in the business, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Educate and train employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure excellent customer care.
- Liaise with Operations Managers to forecast business, plan accordingly, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Manager in a related field.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Opera Reservation Package.
