We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Person in Charge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional quality person-centered care to our residents.
- Manage staff effectively and maintain compliance with HIQA standards.
- Coordinate appointments with multi-disciplinary teams and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ensure a high quality of life for residents through person-centered care plans and health promotion.
- Enable residents to have choice and control in their lives and develop citizenship skills.
- Maintain relationships with family and friends and access professional supports as necessary.
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
- Minimum three years experience in management or supervisory role in Health or Social Care sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
