Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator
About the RoleThis role involves overseeing daily operations across departments, leading and supporting team members to deliver consistent service standards, and resolving student and guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, and HACCP procedures;
- Attend management meetings and contribute to planning and service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Leaving Certificate and/or relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, or management, along with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in large accommodation or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, as is excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in IT systems is also required, with experience with StarRez and KX being an advantage.
