Resident Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Support Residents
- Provide high-quality care by catering to their physical and emotional needs.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of sections, upholding professional standards.
- Train and monitor resident progress, offering guidance and support.
- Accompany residents to clinics and hospitals, providing initial reports.
- Implement nursing treatments as directed and assist with staff induction.
- Accept delegated responsibility for residents and participate in training sessions.
Maintain confidentiality, hygiene, and tidiness in assigned areas while administering medication according to organisational policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to supervise and support residents effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and medication administration.
