Agri Underwriter

This is a key role in underwriting multi-line property and liability, as well as Agri Motor business.

We are seeking an experienced underwriter who can provide excellent service and develop expertise to ensure profitable account growth.

  • To deliver planned financial results, you will need to underwrite Agri business in accordance with agreed standards and limits.
  • You will be responsible for managing referrals and queries for cases within your underwriting license, adhering to guidelines.
  • Collaboration with team members and colleagues is essential to provide excellence in service standards to customers.
  • You will also complete tasks in line with Department Procedures, including renewal management, complaints, and error management.
  • Supporting high performance culture through participation in training and internal Quality Assurance activities is crucial.

Requirements

  • A professional insurance qualification (APA or CIP) is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Underwriter is necessary.
  • A proven track record of high performance standards is expected.
  • A strong technical understanding of Insurance products and Underwriting disciplines is essential.
