Operations Supervisor

This role involves leading day-to-day operations, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include maintaining a presentable and well-organised station, managing fleet cars/vans, upgrades, and space planning, as well as protecting the business against risk by ensuring all processes regarding insurance and terms and conditions are followed by staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Qlikview. A full Category B driving licence is also required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in all areas of the location.
  • Maintain a presentable and well-organised station, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in excellent condition.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and be the go-to person for resolving operational issues and making quick decisions on all aspects of the business.
  • Manage fleet cars/vans, upgrades, and space planning particularly during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Protect the business against risk by ensuring all processes regarding insurance and terms and conditions are followed by staff.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking with a focus on improving operational performance.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting tools such as Qlikview.
  • Full Category B driving licence for at least 2 years.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
