Job Title: Vehicle Repair Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Vehicle Repair Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all vehicle damages requiring repair, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle damage reports and create detailed documentation
- Manage and prioritize repairs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Conduct quality checks on repaired vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards
- Collaborate with workshop managers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, or automotive)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or repair industry
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
