Vehicle Repair Coordinator

Job Overview
">This role is responsible for processing all damages requiring bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs.
">Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
">- Process damage packs including taking additional images as needed
- Perform quality checks on vehicles returning from repairs
- Communicate QC outcomes to management
- Manage and monitor vehicles in the bodyshop
- Manage documentation requests
- Provide training support to satellite branches
- Coordinate vehicle collection/movements with logistics
- Ensure timely job card creation and update records accordingly
- Update customers on repair progress
- Handle correspondence and emails
- Communicate daily with external bodyshops
- Conduct fleet audit reporting
Person Specification - Education, Qualifications, and Training:
">- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance
- Experience in a bodyshop at any capacity
- Proven customer service skills and relationship building
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Team player adaptable to change
