
Principal Process Improvement Specialist

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Process Development Leader to spearhead the characterisation and validation of critical process steps in the device manufacturing process.
This role involves leading process development across equipment design, process parameters, and component control, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Design of Experiments, statistical methods, and laser welding and soldering techniques.
- Develop and execute process characterisation tools for medical device processes.
- Establish and implement validation plans that comply with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and experimentation.
- Drive corrective actions and process enhancements based on findings from characterisation and validation efforts.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required, along with at least 10-15 years' experience in a similar role. The ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders is essential for this position.
